THE PIPELINE
File to fabric in four passes
DTF is a heat-transfer process: ink is printed onto film, bonded with hot-melt powder, then pressed into the fibre itself. That is why it stretches without cracking.

PREP THE ARTWORK
Send a vector or a 300 dpi PNG with transparency. We colour-correct, scale and mirror it for film.

Print on film
CMYK plus a white underbase laid onto PET film at 1440 dpi – colours stay vivid even on black fabric.

Powder & cure
Hot-melt adhesive powder bonds to the wet ink, then cures into a flexible film that grips fibre.

Press & peel
Fifteen seconds under the heat press, peel the film, done – a print rated for 60+ washes.

What file do I send you?
A vector (AI, PDF, SVG) is ideal. A PNG works too – 300 dpi at final print size, with a transparent background. Not sure? Send what you have on WhatsApp and we will check it for free.
How durable is a DTF print, really?
Rated for 60+ machine washes when washed inside-out in cold water. The hot-melt layer bonds into the fibre, so the print stretches with the fabric instead of cracking like old vinyl.
What is the MOQ?
For DTF Prints – 1 meter. For Apparels – 10 Pieces.
How does machinery pre-order work?
You confirm the spec with us, place a deposit, and we order direct from the factory in China. We confirm the lead time up front, handle import, then install the machine and train your operator on site.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes – transfers and apparel ship nationwide by courier. Machines are delivered and installed anywhere in Bangladesh by arrangement.
