What we do not collect

We do not store your bKash PIN, bank login credentials, or card numbers. We only receive the payment reference you provide and information needed to confirm whether a payment has been successfully completed.

Payments

We accept payments through supported payment methods including bKash and bank transfer.

• bKash payments are processed by bKash Limited under their own terms and privacy practices.
• Bank transfers are processed by the relevant banks.
• We may record the transaction ID or reference number so we can match your payment with your order.
• We do not have access to your bKash PIN, banking password, or private banking credentials.

For machinery pre-orders, reseller registrations, purchases, and other financial transactions, payment records may be kept for the period required by applicable Bangladeshi accounting, tax, and business requirements.

Who We Share Information With

We only share information where it is reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services.

• Courier and delivery companies — your name, delivery address, and phone number so your order can be delivered.
• Payment and banking providers — where necessary to process or verify payments.

• Design files — normally retained for up to 90 days after delivery and then deleted.

• Account information — kept while your account remains active or while reasonably necessary to provide services.
• Reseller records — kept while your reseller relationship or status remains active and where necessary for business records.
• Enquiries and messages — kept while the conversation remains relevant or while reasonably necessary for customer support and business records.

You may ask us to delete your personal information. We will honour reasonable deletion requests except where certain records must be retained for legal, financial, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
