What does DTF printing cost?
Roll printing is priced by the metre. Single pieces are priced by size.

Is there a minimum order?
Not for DTF prints. Order one metre or one hundred.
Blank garments with custom print are different: those start at 15 pieces because we cut and press them in-house.
Do I get a discount for bulk?
Yes, and you don’t have to ask. Rates drop automatically as quantity goes up – the tier shows on the product page before you add to cart.
Past 300 pieces we quote individually. Message us with your quantity and we’ll come back the same day.
How do I place an order?
Upload your design on the Order DTF Prints page, add print instructions, and add to cart.
Our team reviews the file, confirms the print size and total cost with you, then sends it to production once you approve. Nothing gets printed before you’ve confirmed the price.
Can I see a sample before I commit to a big run?
Order one piece. That’s the whole reason we don’t set a minimum – a single A4 costs ৳45 and tells you more than any promise we could make.
Do you negotiate on price?
No. Same ink, same cure, same standard on every order, and the price reflects that. A print that peels after three washes isn’t cheap – it’s expensive, because that customer doesn’t come back.
Bulk rates are already built in. You don’t need to haggle for them.
Your artwork
What file should I send?
Vector is always best — it scales to any size without losing sharpness. If you only have a raster file, send it at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed.

My print came out blurry. Why?
Almost always resolution. Open the file in Photoshop, go to Image → Image Size, and switch the unit to pixels.
Multiply your print width in inches by 300 — that’s the pixel count you need. An A4 print at 8.4 inches wide needs about 2520 pixels. If the file has far fewer, no software setting can recover the missing detail.
Can you remove the background for me?
Yes. Write it in the print instructions box when you upload. Simple cutouts are free; complex ones (hair, smoke, fine transparency) we’ll quote first.
Very thin text keeps breaking up.
Hairline strokes are the hardest thing in DTF – there isn’t enough ink area for the adhesive powder to grip properly, so fine letters can lift.
Thicken strokes slightly in your design file, or avoid delicate serif fonts at small sizes. If you’re unsure, send the file and we’ll flag anything at risk before printing.
Do you design artwork?
We print; we don’t design. But if your file only needs a fix – resizing, mirroring, colour correction, a background cleanup – we handle that as part of the job.

What heat press settings should I use?
These settings work for cotton and cotton-blend garments.

The second press is the step most people skip, and it’s the one that seals the edges. Don’t skip it.
The print is lifting off the fabric. What went wrong?
Work through these in order – it’s nearly always one of the first three:
1. No second press. Edges bond during the second press, not the first.
2. Not enough pressure. After pressing you should see a clear impression in the fabric.
3. Garment held moisture. Pre-press for 5 seconds and let the steam escape before laying the transfer down.
4. Peeled too slowly. Instant peel means immediately, in one smooth movement.
Still lifting after all four? Send us a photo – if it’s our print, we replace it.
How many washes will the print survive?
Rated for 60+ wash cycles when pressed correctly. Prints flex with the fabric rather than cracking across it.
To get the full life: wash cold, turn the garment inside out, skip the tumble dryer, and never iron directly on the print.
Which fabrics can I press onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas, and most synthetics. DTF bonds into the fibre rather than sitting on a coating, so it’s far less fussy than sublimation.
Heat-sensitive fabrics like nylon need a lower temperature and a test piece first.
Can I press onto old or stored garments?
You can, but pre-press them for longer – 15 to 20 seconds. Garments that have sat in storage absorb moisture from the air, and that steam pushes the transfer away from the fabric mid-press.
Wait a few seconds after the pre-press for the steam to clear, then lay your transfer down.
Delivery
How long does an order take?
Most transfer and apparel orders leave the lab within two working days of your file being approved. Rush slots are available – ask before you order, not after.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, nationwide by courier. Inside Dhaka we deliver to your door.
Courier charges depend on weight and destination and are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. We’ll message you when it’s packed and ready. Bring your order number.
Reseller program
What is the reseller program?
Reseller pricing on transfers and blanks, priority production slots, and access to the reseller dashboard. Built for people selling to their own customers, not printing for themselves.
How do I sign up?
Registration is a one-time ৳200.
Create a customer account, send the fee, then submit the application form with your transaction ID. We verify and upgrade your account within 24 hours — same login, more access.
Do you dropship for me?
Yes. Send us the design and the courier label and we press, pack, and ship straight to your customer. Nothing in the parcel carries our name.
Do I need a registered business?
No. A Facebook page or an online shop is enough. Plenty of our resellers started with nothing but a design and a heat press.

Do you install it and train my operator?
Yes, both included. We install the machine, set up the RIP software, run your first prints with you, and stay reachable afterwards when something jams.
What happens after the warranty ends?
We still support you – remotely or on site. You bought the machine from us, so you have a direct line to us, not a dealer’s queue.
Do you sell print heads and spare parts?
Yes. Genuine Epson i1600, i3200 and XP600 heads, factory-sealed, nozzle-checked before delivery. Also films, powders, inks, and cutting plotters.
